So I’ve been thinking about taking up running. This is a big deal, as I am at present a bit of a couch potato.
No actually, I’m being a bit hard on myself. I go to Zumba classes once a week and I walk two miles a day going to and from work. I’m not speedy, but the last part of each journey is up hill. So it’s not all bad.
But proper physical exercise just once a week isn’t enough.
