I must be getting old because I’m loving cooking shows at the moment. My current favourite is Hugh’s 3 Good Things. There’s always lovely, interesting yet comforting food on there which makes it perfect Sunday viewing.

It also makes me feel lucky to live by the seaside. Sure, this can be a blessing as much of a curse (it does get really cold and windy in the winter in Brighton) but I still get so so excited whenever I see the sea. I guess that’s what growing up in the Midlands does to you.
It’s most definitely autumn. I decided this a few weeks ago when I got up early before work to do my run and froze to death. It’s not fun running in the rain and cold, no matter how much you wrap up.
So I’ve abandoned running. I’ll pick up on it again next year when the temperature picks up again.
