Thanks for coming to my blog! My name’s Amy, I live with my boyfriend in rural Northamptonshire and we have a baby on the way. Scary stuff! We moved from Brighton in July 2017 after living there for nearly 10 years for a complete change in lifestyle. We now have a period property, a big garden and chickens for fresh daily eggs!
I’m a lifestyle blogger and freelance writer. If you’d like to commission me for content creation, proofreading or digital marketing consultation, please see details on my Services page and get in touch via my Contact page.
Back to the blog stuff: I hate it when bloggers describe their blog as their ‘little corner of the internet’. So I’m not going to do that. This isn’t a corner. But this is somewhere I like to share my personal thoughts about life and amazing food and my pregnancy journey. I’ve talked about my struggles with trying to stay fit despite hating exercise, thrown in a bit more food chat for good measure and explained about the time when I was bullied by the neighbourhood cats.
I also write about some of my worries and my struggles with migraines, enjoying yoga, my food intolerances and subsequent low lactose and low wheat diet and the time I joined Brighton’s roller derby team.
As well as everything I mentioned above, I also love pretty independent magazines, punk and indie music, scary films, travelling, good food (did I mention food before?!) and wine with good company, staying up, lying in, 1980s Corey Feldman films and tattoos.
Thanks again for stopping by, please say hello!
